ISLAMABAD: A new update has come out about cement prices in Pakistan, showing some relief for the construction sector.
During the past week, cement prices in the northern regions went down. According to the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, retail price hit Rs1,548 per sack (week to April 16) – down 1.21% from Rs1,567.
South’s a mixed bag though – up 0.71% to Rs1,544 per sack. Trends vary by region!
