Momina Iqbal Harassment Case: MPA Saqib Chadhar Booked Under PECA

Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal harassment case against Punjab Assembly member Saqib Chadhar has registered by The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

Ae per the complaint file from the actress Momina that Saqib Chadhar and his associates were involved in acts of blackmail and issued threats, now the case is under the eye of Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).

According to FIR statement the accused apparently threatened that certain data would be leaked if a marriage proposal was not accepted.

Momina Iqbal moves complaint against Saqib Chadhar:

As per Investigation record reports, the actress’s sister who is already a cybercrime lawyer, provided videos to the cybercrime agency related to the alleged threats.

Further FIR statement shows that the videos and a mobile phone were collected as evidence and forwarded for forensic testing.

Investigators have further cited alleged threatening messages said to have come from a number connected to Saqib Chadhar.

A few days earlier, Momina Iqbal complaint a file against Saqib Chadhar for seeking legal action over the alleged harassment and threats, and the case was immediately registered by National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency and currently it’s under investigation and authorities are examining the available digital evidence as part of the inquiry.
