Seven Killed as Bus Crashes into Truck on Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Rajasthan

At least seven people were killed after a speeding bus collided with a truck on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in India’s Rajasthan state. According to Indian media reports, the accident occurred at around 2:30 a.m. while the bus was traveling from Rishikesh to Indore in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Reports said the bus, which was allegedly speeding, crashed into the truck, triggering a fire that engulfed both vehicles. Emergency responders rushed to the scene to carry out rescue operations and provide medical assistance to the injured.

According to media reports, five passengers died from severe burn injuries, while two others succumbed to critical head injuries. More than 22 people were also injured in the crash and were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
