Bilal Azhar Kayani Condemns PTI Over Remarks on ‘Maarka-e-Haq’

Minister of State for Finance Bilal Azhar Kayani has said Pakistan delivered a decisive response to what he described as Indian aggression, adding that Maarka-e-Haq marked a historic victory for the country. Speaking to the media, he said it was unfortunate that, according to him, some elements had failed to accept the success achieved during the operation.

Kayani strongly criticized recent remarks by Noreen Niazi, saying the statement deserved the strongest condemnation. He questioned whether such comments amounted to conduct against the national interest and alleged that PTI was willing to go to any extent to advance its political objectives. He further claimed that Noreen Niazi’s remarks reflected concerns his party had long expressed regarding PTI.

The minister also alleged that certain political actors were prepared to harm Pakistan for political gain and called for legal action over the statement. PTI has consistently rejected similar accusations in the past, maintaining that it is committed to Pakistan’s democratic system and national interests while denying allegations of acting against the country.
