Lahore Investigation Headquarters Holds Ceremony to Mark Independence Day

A dignified cake-cutting ceremony was held at the Investigation Headquarters in Lahore to mark Pakistan’s Independence Day. DIG Investigation Syed Zeeshan Raza and SSP Investigation Muhammad Naveed cut the Independence Day cake alongside members of their delegation. The ceremony was also attended by Chaudhry Kamran Sandhu, Chairman of the National Peace Committee Punjab, along with a delegation representing different religious communities.

Mufti Syed Ashiq Hussain, Pandit Bhagat Lal, Mian Kashif, Chairman of the Peace Committee, and other officials and community representatives also participated in the ceremony. DIG Investigation Syed Zeeshan Raza and SSP Investigation Muhammad Naveed congratulated the delegation members and participants on Independence Day, emphasizing the importance of unity and harmony among citizens.

Speaking on the occasion, Syed Zeeshan Raza said Pakistan’s independence was the result of countless sacrifices and the historic struggle of the country’s forefathers. He said the occasion provides an opportunity to remember those sacrifices and reaffirm the commitment to the country’s peace, prosperity and unity.
