Pakistan-Australia Economic Ties: Focus on Investment and Trade

Efforts are underway with the support of the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) to promote investment, trade and global business ties in Pakistan.

The SIFC Secretary held an important meeting with Australian High Commissioner Timothy Kane and the Political Economic Secretary.

The meeting reviewed new opportunities to increase bilateral trade and investment between Pakistan and Australia.

The sides also discussed investment opportunities in key sectors of Pakistan and ways to strengthen business potential.

The SIFC continues to work to promote Pakistan’s global economic ties, trade and foreign investment.
