Mikaal Zulfiqar Faces Awkward Moment at ‘Pashmina’ Film Launch

A well-known Pakistani television and film industry actor Mikaal Zulfiqar who step in his acting career as a model before become famous in showbiz industry. He drop numerous of his dramas such as Diyar-e-Dil, Dur-e-Shehwar, Pani Jaisa Pyar, Sangat, Chauraha, Khasara, Dil-e-Nadaan, Tauba, Ruswai, Jaisay Aapki Marzi, Kaisi Teri Khudgarzi, and Fraud. He is currently receiving praise for his performance in Geo TV’s drama serial Khafa.

Mikaal will also appear in the upcoming Pakistani film Pashmina, alongside Shaan Shahid, Sadia Khan, and other actors.

Recently, an awkward moment involving Mikaal Zulfiqar at the launch event of Pashmina caught public attention. During the event at Punjab University, a journalist appeared unprepared while introducing the actor. He mispronounced Mikaal’s name, incorrectly described him as a rising star, and seemed to struggle to complete his question.

The journalist said, “We are here with rising Pakistani star Meekal Zulfiqar at Punjab University for the launch of the film Pashmina?” Mikaal responded with a smile, saying, “Today I am happy at the launch of my film Pashmina.”

Later, Mikaal appeared to take a dig at the journalist’s lack of preparation in a social media status. He wrote, “Not sure if I smirked. Because he called me an ubarta sitara or the way he pronounced my name.”

The moment quickly became a topic of discussion online, and calling out the journalist for his lack of preparation. Many pointed out that knowing the actor’s name and career details was basic preparation for the interview.
