Special Assistants to CM Balochistan Act 2018 nullified.
Balochistan High Court (BHC) declared it null and void during hearing today (Monday).
Special Assistants to CM
According to reports from Quetta, he BHC heard the plea which Ali Ahmed Kakar had filed.
He argued against appointments of Special Assistants to Chief Minister of Balochistan.
Two member bench of BHC has ruled that appointment of Special Assistants is unconstitutional.
The court has also ordered all Special Assistants of Chief Minister to return received salaries and other facilities.
