However, 2866 patients recovered from Coronavirus.
According to National Command and Operation Center, the total number of coronavirus infection cases in the country has reached 12,723.

These include Punjab 5378, Sindh, 4232, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 1793, Balochistan 722, Islamabad Capital Territory 235, Gilgit-Baltistan 308, and Azad Kashmir 55 cases.
So far 2,866 patients of Coronavirus have been recovered.
During last 24 hours, 16 more patients died of Coronavirus.
As per province wise details of 269 deaths:
Sindh confirmed 78 deaths, Punjab: 81, KP: 93, ICT: 03, Balochistan: 11 and GB: 03.
78 others are in a critical condition.
144,365 tests have been conducted since outbreak of the pandemic.
Local transmission is 81 percent and foreign travel 19 percent.
The government has made ready 717 hospitals with Covid facilities with 3389 patients admitted across the country.
Meanwhile, Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar is presiding over a meeting of National Command and Operation Centre.
The meeting in Islamabad today is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of implementation of Ramazan guidelines.
They are also reviewing SME package, health situation and data integration.
Minister for Interior Ijaz Shah said population in urban areas needs to be continuously educated to follow the guidelines and not operate business as usual during Ramazan.
He said population in villages is observing guidelines which is encouraging.
