Nooriabad bus-fire case: Police has arrested the bus driver

According to the police official, the bus driver has been arrested after the unfortunate bus fire incident that occurred near Nooriabad, left 18 people killed.
The case was registered at the local police station against the bus driver, and the owner at the complaint of a sub-inspector.
Soon after the complaint, police arrested the bus driver, however the owner has not been found yet.

As per FIR, the passenger bus was carrying the flood victims from Karachi to Khairpur Nathan Shah city of Sindh’s Dadu district had caught fire allegedly due to the short circuit, leaving at least 18 people dead including nine women and nine children.
Earlier, the motorway police had said that a fire broke out in the air-conditioning unit of the passenger bus near Nooriabad.
“The fire may have been caused by a short circuit in the air conditioner.”
