Ahmed Shahzad goodbye to PSL

Lahore: Pakistan cricket team’s batsman Ahmed Shahzad has announced his parting ways after not being selected for any team in the Pakistan Super League 9 draft.
Ahmed Shehzad wrote on social networking website X (formerly Tweet) that despite his performance at National T20 and domestic level, I was not selected in PSL 9, after such treatment, he has no intention to play in the league again. Not including me was done by regular planning, as PSL franchises also included players who performed worse than me.

The cricketer said that it seems all 6 franchises are united to keep him out of the league, playing for Pakistan was the first priority, never played for money, I preferred to play domestic despite offers from foreign leagues.

He said that what can be a greater proof of love for the country than this, I feel proud to always wear a green shirt and play.
He said that honesty had to be paid for this, so it is a small task for the country, long live Pakistan.
