Kristin Cabot, the head of human resources at tech firm Astronomer, has come under scrutiny after appearing alongside CEO Andy Byron in a widely circulated kiss cam video taken at a Coldplay concert. Public records suggest that Cabot is currently married to Andrew Cabot, CEO of Massachusetts-based Privateer Rum.

Documents obtained by the New York Post show that Kristin and Andrew Cabot co-own a $2.2 million New England-style home in Rye, New Hampshire, which they purchased in February 2025. Property records confirm the couple shares the residence.

Kristin Cabot was also listed as an “advisory board member” at Privateer Rum beginning in September 2020, according to a LinkedIn profile believed to be hers. That profile has since been removed, and her name does not appear in any leadership roles on the company’s website.

Additional court filings from Massachusetts reveal that Kristin, 52, was previously married to Kenneth Thornby. The two separated in 2018 and finalized their divorce in 2022.

These details have added further dimension to the controversy surrounding the concert video, which triggered public speculation and internal review. Following the incident, both Cabot and Byron were placed on administrative leave.

Neither executive has released a public statement, but growing backlash online continues to raise concerns about workplace conduct and Cabot’s personal affiliations.
