Popular Thai singer Peck Palitchoke was stabbed in the early hours of August 3, 2025, during a violent incident at a petrol station located in Bangkok’s Bang Kapi district.
According to Bangkok Post, the attack took place around 1:30 AM on Soi Ramkhamhaeng 76. The suspect, Chutithep Khunsoongnern, age 21, allegedly got into a physical fight with the singer. He later claimed he acted in self-defense, believing Peck to be mentally unstable.
Who Is Peck Palitchoke?
Peck Palitchoke, whose full name is Palitchoke Ayanaputra, is a well-known singer, composer, model, host, and entertainer based in Bangkok, Thailand. He is known for his smooth vocals and energetic performances.
Peck initially lived in Australia, but later moved back to Thailand to pursue a career in music and entertainment. He trained under GMM Grammy, one of the country’s top music companies.
He launched his music career in 2005 with the solo single “Mai Me Krai Ru” (ไม่มีใครรู้), followed by the release of his first album “One Palitchoke”. He is currently signed under White Music and GMM Music.
What Happened at the Petrol Station?
Peck was reportedly involved in an altercation at the petrol station. Witnesses say he had a heated argument with a pickup truck driver and was seen jumping onto the vehicle’s bonnet. This drew the attention of Chutithep, who claimed he intervened to help.
According to Chutithep’s statement, Peck allegedly hit him first, which led to a physical fight. Chutithep responded with punches and used a knife in what he described as self-defense. He said he didn’t know Peck was a celebrity until later, when his girlfriend recognized him and called the police.
Chutithep also claimed that Peck was under the influence of alcohol, although this has not been confirmed by Peck or his team.
Current Health Condition
Peck was given first aid by emergency responders at the scene before being rushed to Samitivej Hospital. His management teams at White Music and GMM Music later issued a statement saying:
Peck is in stable condition
The injuries are not life-threatening
His face and oral nerves are unaffected
He remains under medical observation
Legal Action Against the Attacker
According to The Thaiger, Bangkok police have charged Chutithep under:
Section 371 of Thailand’s Criminal Law:
Carrying a weapon in public without valid reason
Punishable by a fine of up to 100 baht
Confiscation of the weapon involved
More charges may be considered depending on the outcome of the investigation and Peck’s medical reports.

Fans across Thailand and social media have expressed concern for Peck’s well-being. Many are calling for better protection for public figures and swift legal action in this case.
As of now, the singer is recovering, and fans are awaiting an official statement from him or his manager regarding the incident.
