Who is Roland Beainy? Trump Burger Owner Facing Deportation by ICE

Roland Beainy, the 28-year-old owner of Trump Burger, is in the middle of a deportation case in the United States. US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is investigating him for immigration violations.

Beainy, originally from Lebanon, opened Trump Burger in 2020 with his business partner, Eddie Hawa. Their first shop was in Bellville, Texas. The restaurant quickly became popular among Donald Trump supporters. This success helped them expand to Bay City, Kemah, Flatonia, and Greater Houston.

According to a Houston Chronicle report on August 7, ICE agents arrested Beainy on May 16, 2025. Officials say he entered the US in 2019 as a visitor. He was supposed to leave by February 12, 2024, but stayed.

A spokesperson from the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said Beainy had no Green Card. They also claimed that the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) found his marriage was fake. According to them, he used it to stay in the country.

The DHS said evidence, including statements from his wife’s family, proved the marriage was a sham. They also mentioned that Beainy had a history of illegal marriages and an assault charge. “We will take all legal steps to stop this abuse of immigration laws,” the official said.

Beainy told the Houston Chronicle that his lawyer asked him not to comment publicly. Still, he denied most of the accusations, saying that “90% of the things they are saying are not true.”

On June 13, 2025, a judge granted him bail. He was released from detention until his trial.

Beainy’s Public Support for Donald Trump

In January 2025, after Donald Trump became President for the second time, Beainy praised him on Fox Business. He called Trump “a gentleman” and credited him for “making peace” between Lebanon and Israel.

Beainy also said food ingredient costs had dropped since Trump took office.

Trump Burger’s menu features items like the Trump Burger, Trump Tower, and Biden Burger. The burger buns are stamped with “Trump.” The Biden Burger description mocks Joe Biden, saying it contains “old” tomatoes and buns, blaming “cheating and inflation.”

Beainy’s immigration hearing is set for November 18, 2025 in Houston, Texas. The case will decide if he can remain in the US.
