Who is Litta Indriya Ariesca? New President Director of ELSA

PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA) has officially appointed Litta Indriya Ariesca as its new President Director. The decision was made during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Monday. She replaces Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, who previously held the position.

The management explained that the appointment was carried out after consultations with the company’s controlling shareholders. These include PT Pertamina (Persero), the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, and PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE).

ELSA said that the leadership change aims to improve performance and strengthen the company’s long-term strategy. The new structure is expected to increase efficiency, boost competitiveness, and help ELSA reach its business targets.

New Leadership Changes

Besides Litta Ariesca, two other directors were also replaced.

• Andri Haribowo was named Director of Operations, replacing Endro Hartanto.

• Nelwin Adriansyah was appointed Finance Director, taking over from Stanley Iriawan.

In the Board of Commissioners, several new names were introduced:

• Purwadi Arianto as Chief Commissioner

• Vitri Cahyaningsih Mallarangeng as Commissioner

• Abdul Hakim as Independent Commissioner

• Farazandi Fidinansyah as Independent Commissioner

Who is Litta Indriya Ariesca?

Before joining ELSA, Litta Indriya Ariesca worked at PT Patra Jasa, a subsidiary of Pertamina, as Director of Marketing & Operations. She also served as Vice President for International Markets at Pertamina.

Her career began in London, where she worked as an analyst at Addison Griffiths Consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Airlangga University and later completed a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health at the University of Indonesia.

ELSA hopes her strong background and leadership experience will help the company grow and secure its position in Indonesia’s energy sector.
