Who is Mulan Hernandez? Stefon Diggs Sued by Ex-Girlfriend

08 October, 2025 14:12

NFL star Stefon Diggs, who currently plays for the New England Patriots, is facing serious allegations from his ex-girlfriend Mulan Hernandez, who has accused him of physical assault during their relationship.

According to US Weekly, Mulan filed a countersuit against Diggs on April 7, 2025, in a Texas court. This came after Diggs had earlier sued Mulan and another woman, Brianna Mack, in February 2025, accusing them of assault, emotional distress, trespassing, conspiracy, and extortion.

Mulan’s Allegations Against Stefon Diggs

In her filing, Hernandez denied all accusations made by Diggs and instead claimed that he physically assaulted her on June 7, 2024. She alleged that Diggs punched her in the back of the head, causing a concussion.

According to Page Six, she further claimed that Diggs immediately tried to make her sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to hide the incident from the NFL and the public. The countersuit alleged that Diggs even flew his assistant to Houston to pressure her into signing the NDA.

In November 2024, Mulan’s lawyer reportedly contacted Diggs’ attorney to discuss accountability for the alleged assault. Hernandez is now seeking between $250,000 and $1 million for medical bills and emotional damages.

Who is Mulan Hernandez?

Born on January 30, 2001, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Mulan Hernandez is a social media personality, model, and former basketball player. She studied at Walnut Hills High School and later attended Georgia State University.

She gained online popularity through Instagram and appeared in Basketball Wives Orlando (2023) and Sole: The Movie, according to her IMDb profile.

Stefon Diggs’ Side of the Story

In his February 2025 lawsuit, Diggs claimed that Mulan and her friends often stayed at his apartment in Houston. On June 7, 2024, he said Mulan arrived at his home intoxicated and angry after partying all night.

Diggs alleged that she damaged his property, including a $130,000 wristwatch, threw his video game console, and punched him multiple times. He said he only made contact in self-defense and accused Mulan of trying to extort money from him afterward.

The filing also mentioned that Mulan claimed to be five weeks pregnant during the altercation. Diggs sought $250,000 to $1 million in damages from both Mulan and Brianna Mack.

The case remains ongoing as both sides continue to deny wrongdoing and blame each other for the violent incident.
