TikTok star Mainly Mannie has received an outpouring of support after revealing that he has been diagnosed with HIV. The news was shared by Mannie in an emotional video posted on TikTok on October 11, 2025. Soon after, a GoFundMe campaign was launched to help him manage medical expenses.

GoFundMe Campaign Surpasses $11,000

The fundraiser, created by Jasmine McMillan, aims to collect $18,000. Within a short time, it has raised more than $12,000, with fans and well-wishers contributing generously.

Mannie explained that his treatment costs are extremely high, reaching up to $4,000 per month. He also mentioned that a part of the donations will be used to support HIV charities and those who cannot afford treatment.

“I know I can’t die out here. I have great support and I will survive. This GoFundMe is also to help others, because it’s the right thing to do,” Mannie said.

In the first video announcing his diagnosis, Mannie was seen in a hospital bed. He revealed that he discovered his HIV status during the summer of 2025. Despite the struggle, he expressed gratitude, saying he felt “blessed and lucky.”

On October 12, he posted another update on Instagram, showing himself walking with support. He thanked fans for their prayers and mentioned that his insurance and income are being used for his treatment.

Mannie openly spoke about how he contracted HIV. He said that his ex-partner hid the truth from him.

“Yes, my ex gave me this, but I’m not a victim. I was deeply in love, but God is good. I know the truth now,” he shared.

He added that he plans to register with foundations and continue advocating for others facing similar challenges.

“I feel like me. I feel like the Boss and CEO!” he said confidently.
