A 66-year-old man, Robert Flores, has been arrested after allegedly posting violent threats online against participants of the upcoming No Kings protest in downtown San Antonio. Authorities confirmed that the threats were shared through social media platform Threads.

Investigators identified Robert Flores as the individual behind multiple alarming posts targeting peaceful protesters. According to the arrest affidavit, Flores threatened to “run over” protesters and urged others to come “locked and loaded.”

One of his posts reportedly said:
“I’ll run you over and then go have coffee and breakfast at Jim’s. Some of you will not return.”

Another disturbing message stated:
“Be locked and loaded tomorrow. Killing a Democrat is acceptable.”

Charges Filed Against Flores

Authorities charged Robert Flores with Terroristic Threat – Impairing Public Service or Causing Public Fear, a third-degree felony in Texas. After his arrest, he was released on a $100,000 bond, but the investigation is still ongoing.
