British MPs meets Punjab Governor to assure raising IOK issues in UK Parliament.

British MPs meets Punjab Governor

They have called on Governor Punjab Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar in Lahore.
While talking to him, they expressed concern over human rights violations in Indian occupied Kashmir.
Moreover, British Parliament members assured to raise an effective voice in their Parliament against human rights violations in the occupied valley.
They said the sad happenings in Indian occupied Kashmir are alarming for the entire world community while India’s Citizenship Act is denial of basic human rights.
Governor Punjab thanked the visiting British Parliament members for raising voice for Kashmiris.
Chair of All-Parties Parliamentary Kashmir Group, Debbie Abrahams leads the cross-party delegation of UK parliamentarians.

The group had earlier met Prime Minister Imran Khan and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in Islamabad.

While talking to them, Prime Minister Imran Khan had reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to support the Kashmiri people.

He vowed Pakistan’s support for Kashmiris struggle for justice and inalienable right of self-determination.

Foreign Minister also had thanked them on over their visit to Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

He said the visit reaffirms resolve of the group for resolution of Kashmir issue.
