Govt announces reduction in petrol, diesel prices

Expected petrol price in Pakistan: Fuel rates drop from March 16
The government has announced to reduce the prices of petroleum products.
The government has reduced the price of petrol by Rs8. 47 per litre, after which the rate of petrol is Rs260. 96 per litre.
Apart from this, the price of diesel has also been reduced by Rs6. 70 per liter and the new price is Rs266.7 per litre.
The new prices of petroleum products are applicable since last night.
The prices of petrol and diesel were announced after the approval of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
The new prices of petroleum products will be applicable for next 15 days.
