Gold prices hit record-high in Pakistan

Gold price in Pakistan reached a historic high once again witnessing a massive Rs2,300 per tola increase on Wednesday.
According to All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of gold reached all-time high of Rs264,000 per tola after the increase.
Similarly, it saw an increase of Rs Rs1,972 in prices of 10 grams gold to reach Rs226,333.
In the international market, gold price registered an increase of $23 per ounce settling at $2,524.
On Tuesday, After the continues decline, gold prices bounced back on Tuesday in Pakistan, APGJTEA said.
Gold witnessed an increase of Rs1,300 per tola as it is being retailed at Rs261,700 per tola in the country.
According to the association, the price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs1,114, as it is now stands at Rs224,365.
Silver price also saw an increase of Rs50, as it is now being retailed at Rs2,900 per tola.
