Trump associate unveils plans for multi-billion dollar investment in Pakistan’s real estate

Gentry Beach, a prominent international investor from the United States, has unveiled plans for a multi-billion-dollar investment in Pakistan’s real estate sector through his holding company, White Bridge Real Estate.

The company intends to develop ultra-luxury properties in Islamabad and Karachi, including high-rise landmarks and exclusive mixed-use developments.

It is also exploring opportunities to introduce renowned international brands to Pakistan.

During his visit to Pakistan, Beach engaged with government officials, business leaders, and other stakeholders.

His goal is to introduce world-class residential, commercial, and hospitality projects that set new standards for luxury, sustainability, and architectural excellence.
