Cement, Steel New Prices in Pakistan – Check Latest Prices

The construction sector in Pakistan is showing signs of price stability as of mid-July 2025, following the federal budget. Despite global cost challenges, prices of key materials like cement and steel have seen little to no fluctuation.

Cement Prices Steady Amid Subdued Demand

Cement rates have remained stable, with slight drops in some A-grade brands due to moderate market demand. Prices currently range between Rs1300 to Rs1400 per bag, depending on brand and location.
