Gold prices drop by Rs1,600 in Pakistan – Check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan dropped on Tuesday, following a downward trend in the global market.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 1 tola of gold went down by Rs1,600, now costing Rs354,700.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold also fell by Rs1,372, reaching Rs304,098.

This comes after a small drop on Monday as well, when the price per tola decreased by Rs100 to settle at Rs356,300.

Globally, gold prices also went down. The international gold rate fell by $16, now standing at $3,320 per ounce, including a $20 premium.

On the other hand, silver prices remained stable at Rs3,963.
