Gold price drops by Rs2,000 per tola in Pakistan - check new rates
Gold prices in Pakistan went up on Wednesday, following a rise in the international market.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs. 1,300, reaching Rs. 359,300. A day earlier, it was Rs. 358,000.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs. 1,114, now costing Rs. 308,041. For 22-karat gold, the rate for 10 grams increased by Rs. 1,022, reaching Rs. 282,381.
Silver prices also saw a rise:
Per tola silver increased by Rs. 39, now priced at Rs. 4,010
10 grams silver went up by Rs. 33, reaching Rs. 3,437
In the global market, gold prices increased by $13, reaching $3,366 per ounce. Silver also went up by $0.39, now at $37.77 per ounce.
