Gold prices increase by Rs900 in Pakistan – check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan went up on Tuesday, following the increase in the international market.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola rose by Rs900, reaching Rs360,700 in the local market. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs772, now standing at Rs309,245.

A day earlier, on Monday, gold prices had remained unchanged at Rs359,800 per tola.

In the international market, gold also saw an upward move as rates climbed by $9, reaching $3,380 per ounce, along with a $20 premium, APGJSA reported.

Meanwhile, silver prices stayed stable at Rs4,121 per tola.
