Gold prices rise by Rs1700 per tola in Pakistan – check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan went up again on Saturday, just a day after falling on Friday. Prices also increased in the international market.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSJJA), the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs 1,700, reaching Rs 390,300. The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also increased by Rs 1,458 to Rs 334,619.

For 22-karat gold, the price of 10 grams went up by Rs 1,337, now standing at Rs 306,745. In the world market, gold gained $17, reaching $3,685 per ounce.

Silver prices also jumped both locally and globally. In Pakistan, the price of 24-karat silver per tola rose by Rs 114 to Rs 4,532, while 10 grams of silver increased by Rs 98 to Rs 3,858. Internationally, silver prices climbed by $1.14 to $43.05 per ounce.
