Gold prices increase by Rs1500 per tola in Pakistan – check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan climbed higher on Tuesday, following an increase in international market rates.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs1,500 per tola, reaching Rs416,778. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold went up by Rs1,286, bringing it to Rs357,319.

Experts say the rise in local gold prices is mainly due to the upward trend in the global market, as investors continue to turn to gold as a safe investment option amid economic uncertainty.
