Gold prices rise by Rs 1,900 per tola in Pakistan - check new rates
Gold prices continued to rise on Thursday, both in Pakistan and globally. According to the All Pakistan Sarafa, Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of 24-karat gold increased by Rs 1,900 per tola, reaching Rs 442,800 in the local market.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold went up by Rs 1,629 to Rs 379,629, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold rose by Rs 1,493, reaching Rs 348,005.
On the international market, gold also hit a new all-time high of $4,217 per ounce, after a $19 increase.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained stable both locally and globally, according to the association.
Gold investors and buyers are closely watching the market as prices continue to climb.
