Gold price drops by Rs2,000 per tola in Pakistan - check new rates
The price of gold in Pakistan fell by Rs2,000 per tola today, continuing the recent trend of fluctuations in the local market.
According to the latest data released by the All Pakistan Jewellers Manufacturers Association, the price of 24-karat gold has dropped to Rs431,862 per tola after a decrease of Rs2,000. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs1,714, bringing it down to Rs370,252.
In the international market, gold also saw a decline of $20 per ounce, reaching $4,095.
Experts say the ongoing ups and downs in gold prices are linked to changes in global demand and the strength of the US dollar.
