Gold Prices Surge in Pakistan: Tola Hits PKR 524,762 on 9 February 2026

The price of gold in Pakistan continues to climb, putting it increasingly out of reach for everyday buyers. According to the All Pakistan Sarafah, Gems & Jewelers Association, the cost of gold per tola has risen by PKR 5,300, bringing it to PKR 524,762.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold surged by PKR 4,544, now standing at PKR 449,898. This sharp increase has created concern among both investors and consumers, making gold less accessible for small-scale buyers.

On the global stage, gold prices have also experienced upward momentum, rising by $53 to reach $5,020 per ounce. Analysts note that international market trends are directly affecting local prices in Pakistan.

As gold rates continue to fluctuate, experts advise customers to monitor the market closely and plan their purchases strategically.
