Gold prices rise by Rs15,700 in Pakistan – check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Wednesday, following gains in the international market. The price of gold per tola rose to Rs504,162, up by Rs15,700 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs432,237 after an increase of Rs13,460, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Tuesday, gold prices had slightly dropped, with the per tola rate at Rs488,462, a decrease of Rs3,000.

Internationally, gold prices went up by $157, reaching $4,814 per ounce, along with a $20 premium.

Meanwhile, silver prices also rose, increasing by Rs440 to reach Rs8,184 per tola.
