Gold prices drop in Pakistan – April 9, 2026: Check new rates

Gold prices in Pakistan decreased on Thursday, following a drop in the international market.

In the local market, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs9,500 to reach Rs494,662. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs424,092 after a decrease of Rs8,415, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Wednesday, gold prices had risen, with per tola gold reaching Rs504,162 after gaining Rs15,700 during the day.

The international rate of gold also declined by $95 to reach $4,723 per ounce, with a premium of $20.

Meanwhile, silver prices also fell by Rs300, bringing the rate to Rs7,884 per tola.
