Gold Price in Pakistan Drops Below Rs 5 Lakh as Global Market Sees Decline

Gold and silver prices in both local and international markets continued their downward trend for the third straight day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association.

Gold Price in Pakistan Falls Below Rs 500,000 Per Tola

In Pakistan, the price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs 1,200, bringing it down to Rs 498,962. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs 1,029, reaching Rs 427,779.

Market experts say the continuous decline reflects fluctuations in global demand and international market pressure.

Silver Price Also Witnesses Decline

Alongside gold, silver prices also fell. The price of per tola silver decreased by Rs 34, bringing it down to Rs 8,324 in the local market.

International Market Update

In the global bullion market, gold prices dropped by $12 per ounce, settling at $4,766 per ounce. Analysts attribute this decline to ongoing market adjustments and changing investor sentiment.
