Gold prices rise Rs1,700 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Monday, following a rise in the international market. According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold rose by Rs1,700 to Rs428,436 per tola.

The price of 10-gram gold also increased by Rs1,457, reaching Rs367,314.

On Saturday, the price of gold had fallen by Rs3,700 to Rs426,736 per tola.

In the international market, gold prices increased by $17 to $4,060 per ounce, including a $20 premium.

Meanwhile, silver prices also went up by Rs54, reaching Rs6,291 per tola.
