Dwayne Johnson looks unrecognizable in new character

Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock looks completely unrecognizable as he transforms into MMA fighter Mark Kerr while filming biopic The Smashing Machine in Vancouver.

The 52-year-old actor slip deep into character with curly wig and facial prosthetics to portray MMA fighter Mark Kerr in the A24 biopic which is being filed in Canada.

He was unrecognizable wearing Kerr’s dark curly locks, paired with a prosthetic nose.

The WWE star accessorised with a pair of retro gold aviators while sporting a black hoodie for the scene.

He previously made his debut as the retired mixed martial artist when the first still from the Benny Safdie flick dropped earlier this week.

The Rock went through major transformation to play the wrestler. He was in his 20s and 30s when he became a two-time UFC Heavyweight Tournament Champion.

Dwayne was de-aged and transformed by two-time Oscar winner Kazu Hiro.

The new still also included a first look at Oscar nominee Emily Blunt as Dawn Staples.

They previously starred together in 2021’s Jungle Cruise.
