Krystyna Pyszková – world’s most beautiful lady
Czech Republic’s Krystyna Pyszková has been crowned Miss World 2024 in Mumbai, India, where the international parade was held this year.
During a series of events in preliminary competition, including fitness, talent, beauty and public speaking, many contestants won fast track places in the top 40.
Later, the field was quickly reduced to top 12 and then top eight, at which point the participants joined the classic Q&A round, addressing topics discussed at the most recent G20 Summit.
23-year-old law student and model, Pyszková spoke about removing the stigma and shame surrounding menstruation, when asked to shed light on an issue impacting women’s health care specifically.
She further said that being a woman is a gift and that periods should not be a taboo subject.
Four contestants were left, after one final cut, to pitch their purpose to a trio of business moguls from Shark Tank India.
These four finalists represented world’s different region, including Africa, the Americas and Caribbean, Asia and Oceania and Europe.
Czech Republic’s Krystyna Pyszková victory came over these three runners-up — Lebanon’s Yasmina Zeytoun, Trinidad and Tobago’s Aché Abrahams and Botswana’s Lesego Chombo. These women, along with England’s Jessica Gagen are considered the pageant’s continental winners.
