Dania Shah to follow ex-husband Aamir Liaquat’s footsteps

It looks like Dania Shah has decided to follow her ex-husband Aamir Liaquat’s footsteps by stepping into politics.

Dania has been making rounds on social media for her second marriage with lawyer Hakeem Shahzad.

The couple is also grapping attention of Pakistan media and has been very vocal about their relationship in recent days.

In an interview, her husband, Shahzad, has revealed that he himself and wife are planning to enter into politics.

“My wife [Dania] will contest for the National Assembly from Lodhran while I myself will contest the MNA election from Shujaabad,” he said.

He vowed to bring presidential system in Pakistan if they managed to secure NA seats.

Moreover, when asked about his future alliance with major political stakeholder, he said he would be on his own.

“I would love to sit with me because I am a leader myself, why should I follow anyone,” he said.
