When did Abhishek Bachchan propose to Aishwarya Rai?

Rumours of divorce between Bollywood’s super hit couple Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are going rounds these days on social media including Indian media.

Rumours of separation between the two actors have been doing the rounds for a year, which recently gained momentum during the marriage of Anant Ambani, the younger son of the Ambani family.

In this regard, a report has recently been published in the Indian media, in which the details of Abhishek and Aishwarya falling in love with each other and Abhishek’s marriage proposal to Aishwarya have been given.

Indian media said that in 2018 Abhishek gave an interview in which he said that in 2006, during the shooting of the film Umrao Jaan, he proposed to Aishwarya, to which she said yes.

The two met for the first time in the movie Dhai Akshar Prem in 1999, where they became friends. Later in 2003, during the shooting of the movie Kuch Na Kaho their friendship grew and in 2006 they made their relationship official.

It should be noted that Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan got married in 2007.
