Why did Akshay Kumar visit shrine of Haji Ali?

Bollywood’s leading actor Akshay Kumar, after consecutive flops, visited Haji Ali’s shrine in Mumbai ahead of the release of his next film.

Akshay Kumar has been ruling the hearts of people for 3 decades in Bollywood with his action, comedy and lively acting, but now his films have been flopping for some time now.

Akshay’s last film ‘Surfira’ flopped badly and managed to earn only Rs2.5 million at the box office.

Ahead of the release of his upcoming film ‘Khel Khel Mein’, Akshay Kumar visited Haji Ali’s Dargah in Mumbai on Thursday and offered a chadar.

According to media reports, Akshay Kumar donated 1.21 crore Indian rupees (which is more than 4 crore Pakistani rupees) for the renovation of Haji Ali Dargah.

Earlier, Akshay Kumar had also organized a small langar at his residence in Mumbai, in which the actor himself distributed food to the needy.

It should be noted that Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film ‘Khel Khel Mein’ will release on August 15. The film also features Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor and Fardeen Khan.
