Following a distressing video scandal, renowned writer Khalilur Rehman Qamar has hinted at a possibility of leaving Pakistan.
Qamar made this revelation in an interview, where he shared detailed of emotional and psychological turmoil he is endured during the abduction.
The drama writer expressed his profound love for Pakistan but admitted that recent events have led him reconsider his future in the country.
“I have always loved Pakistan deeply, but these recent developments have shaken my faith in my place here,” Qamar said, his voice laden with emotion.
“I never imagined I would contemplate leaving my homeland. Yet, I find myself grappling with this painful consideration,” he added.
Moreover, he discussed his anticipation for the court’s decision regarding the ongoing case.
“I am waiting for the verdict and will strive to ensure that those responsible face justice, irrespective of where that pursuit may lead me,” he stated.
