Sakina Samo opens up on her marriage failure

Pakistan’s senior actress Sakina Sam has expressed her regret on the decision of marriage and said that if she had been as sensible as she is today, she would not have married at all.

Sakina recently appeared as a guest on a private TV morning show where she revealed the secrets of her personal and professional life.

After the failure of her first marriage, Sakina Samo said that her mother never thought of second marriage despite the death of her father.

The actress said: ‘If you have children, you should not marry again. People say that second marriage is permissible in Islam, but no other mother or father can take care of your children. If you want to spoil the future of your children, then marry again.”

Talking about her marriage, Sakina Samo said: “My marriage was a love marriage, which my mother also agreed to. I wanted to get married and settle down. In the beginning, my ex-husband seemed gentle and kind, but later I realized that this person was like that.”

On the question of regretting a decision in life, she said that she regrets the decision of marriage. If she was mature in the past like today, she would not have married.
