The actors of South India’s film industry have now surpassed the big names of Bollywood in popularity among the public after remuneration and film business.

According to Indian media reports, South film industry superstar Prabhas became the most popular actor in India after the great success of the film ‘Kalki 2898 AD’.

He left big superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan behind.

The country’s professional media firm Ormax released the ‘Stars India Loves’ list of most popular actors for October, in which Prabhas topped the list.

Actor Vijay was second in the list while Shah Rukh Khan was third, Jr. NTR was fourth and Ajith Kumar was fifth.
