Samina Ahmed opens up about her marriage with Manzar Sehbai

Samina Ahmed, a senior actress of Pakistan showbiz, said that Manzar Sehbai proposed marriage to her suddenly, on which she was surprised.

The senior actress in a recent interview while talking about her acting and married life revealed that the character of Manzar Sehbai proved to be very interesting for her. Both had played the role of husband and wife in a drama and after the shooting started a conversation between them which later turned into friendship.

Samina said that one day Manzar Sehbai suddenly proposed marriage, on which she was surprised and instead of answering, asked if we really should get married. Manzar confidently said that he felt the same, upon which Samina agreed to the marriage.

The actress further said that after marriage her loneliness got over and now while going home she feels that someone is waiting for her at home.

Samina said that her children are living abroad and when the actress told them that she wanted to get married, her children were surprised at her decision and jokingly said, ‘What happened to Amma?’

She also said that the popularity of the recently aired drama ‘Baby Baji Ki Bahoon’ surprised her.

On her return home from abroad, she was extremely happy to hear the slogans of ‘Baby Baji’ from her fans at the airport.

It should be noted that Samina Ahmed and Manzar Sehbai had a simple marriage in Lahore in April 2020 which took place during the Corona lockdown.
