Mahira Khan says people recognise her even in burqa in Karachi markets

Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan has revealed that she often wears a burqa in the bazaars of Karachi and Lahore, but people still recognize her.
Speaking at the 17th World Urdu Conference held at Arts Council Karachi, Mahira told her fans an interesting story about shopping in the markets of Karachi and Lahore.
The actress said that she was telling her manager that they guys don’t take her to the lighthouse etc. I heard that very good things are available at these kind of markets, I told them I will wear burqa and take me there, she added.
Continuing the conversation, the actress further said that the problem is that a couple of times she went to the bazaars of Lahore and Karachi wearing a burqa, but people recognize her by her voice and it is impossible for her to remain silent, otherwise it will not be fun.
She said that she is covered with a burqa from head to toe, but people recognize her voice. They ask you are Mahira Khan, right? And in response I deny that I am not Mahira, she said.
