Amitabh Bachchan earns 168pc profit from his Oshiwara duplex apartment sale

Legendary Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has made a staggering profit by selling his Oshiwara Duplex apartment in Mumbai.

Amitabh Bachchan’s said property is located in Atlantis, a residential project of Crystal Group in Oshiwara. Big B has sold his duplex apartment for 83 crore Indian rupees, making a profit of 168 per cent.

Big B bought the duplex apartment in April 2021 for just 31 crore, which has been sold for 83 crore at a profit of 168 per cent just four years later.

It may be recalled that the apartment was earlier rented out to actress Kriti Sanon in November 2021 with a monthly rent of one million rupees and a security deposit of 6 million.

As of 2024, the Bachchan family has invested over 100 crores in real estate, mainly focusing on residential and commercial properties in Oshiwara and Magathne (Borivali East).

Big B’s real estate portfolio reflects his strategic investment approach, which has crossed 200 crore from 2020 to 2024.
