Sonakshi Sinha opens up about embracing Islam

Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha has recently talked about speculations regrading converting to Islam.

Talking about a demand to convert to Islam to marry Zaheer Iqbal, the actress said that she never faced pressure from Zaheer’s family to convert to Islam.

Sonakshi said, in an interview, that her father, popular actor Shatrughan Sinha, was supportive of her marriage, but she refrained from giving details on his brothers’ absence from the wedding.

She also made it clear that religion has never been an issue for her.
