Hollywood actress Pamela Bach, known for her roles in Baywatch, Knight Rider, and The Fall Guy, has passed away at the age of 62.
She was found deceased at her residence in Hollywood Hills on Wednesday. According to the Los Angeles medical examiner’s office, her death has been ruled a suicide. Reports indicate that she suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, though no suicide note was discovered.
Emergency responders were called to her home around 10 p.m. after family members became concerned due to her absence over several days. Her residence, estimated to be worth $2 million, is located near Universal Studios.
Pamela Bach’s ex-husband, actor David Hasselhoff, 72, shared a statement through TMZ, expressing deep grief and requesting privacy for their family during this difficult time.
Bach and Hasselhoff were married from 1989 until their highly publicized divorce in 2006, which involved financial disputes over spousal support that extended until 2017.
The former couple had two daughters, Hayley, 32, and Taylor, 34, along with a granddaughter named London.
Following her mother’s passing, Hayley paid tribute by sharing a photo of Bach on Instagram. The actress remained active on social media until December 31, 2024, when she posted a heartfelt message about gratitude, family, and her granddaughter.
Pamela Bach’s acting career began with Francis Ford Coppola’s 1983 film Rumble Fish, leading to significant television roles.
She gained widespread recognition for playing café owner Kaye Morgan in Baywatch and also appeared in The Fall Guy and Sirens. In 2011, she joined the cast of Celebrity Big Brother. In recent years, she had stepped away from the entertainment industry.
