Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have strongly refuted the allegations made by Dr. Sophie Chanduka, the chairperson of the charity Sentebale, following his departure from the organization.

Dr. Chanduka recently accused the Duke of Sussex of “harassment and bullying at scale” and claimed that major donors withdrew their support after he stepped down as a senior royal. Additionally, she alleged that Meghan Markle disrupted a charity polo match by making an unannounced appearance with Serena Williams.

However, sources close to the royal couple have dismissed these claims as “baseless,” stating that the accusations are an attempt at deflection. According to MailOnline, an insider revealed that Harry’s resignation, along with Prince Seeiso of Lesotho, was a direct result of the charity’s mismanagement under its current leadership.

The controversy surrounding Sentebale escalated when Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso stepped down from the organization they co-founded 20 years ago. Reports suggest that their decision stemmed from disagreements over the charity’s leadership and fundraising approaches.

Dr. Kelello Lerotholi, a former trustee who also resigned, said that Harry and Seeiso are deeply affected by their departure. “I think given their commitment to the welfare of kids, they are torn apart at the thought of looking like they’re abandoning them when they know that they’re not abandoning them,” he remarked.
