Despite growing digital restrictions, Indian fans of Pakistani star Hania Aamir are proving that no border can stand in the way of their love for her. After Instagram restricted her account in India following the Pahalgam attack—an incident that left 26 tourists dead and led India to blame Pakistan—many of her Indian followers found a workaround: VPNs.
In the wake of rising tensions, India has reportedly restricted access to several Pakistani celebrities on Instagram, including Mahira Khan and Hania Aamir, whose profiles now display a message to Indian users: “Account not available in India. This is because we complied with a legal request to restrict this content.”
Still, the ban hasn’t stopped Hania’s biggest admirers from reaching out. In a heartwarming moment on her latest Instagram post, an Indian fan commented: “Hallow Hania VPN ka subscription lia hai sirf tumhary liye.” To which Hania sweetly replied: “Love you.”
Another dedicated fan added: “Hania Aamir tenxion mat lijiye ga hum VPN laga kar agay hain,” assuring the actress of their continued support. Hania responded playfully: “Rooo dungiii?”

The exchange quickly went viral, highlighting the deep connection between stars and their fans—one that even geopolitical tensions and social media bans can’t break.
For many, Hania’s humble responses reflect the very reason she remains beloved across borders.
